Warranty

Olfa Semijoias guarantees its products for a period of 6 months against any and all manufacturing defects, provided the usage recommendations are followed.

Our warranty does not cover the following cases:

• Pieces that are scratched, dented or damaged due to improper use;
• Pieces that have turned green or oxidized from contact with sea water, swimming pools, cleaning and hygiene products such as creams and perfumes.

• Avoid contact with perfumes, sunscreens and creams, as they can damage the pieces;
• Put your jewelry on only after those products have fully dried;
• Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming in a pool, going to the beach or working out;
• Store pieces individually so they do not get scratched. Choose dry, clean places, away from sunlight and any kind of moisture.

Cleaning is essential! Wipe with a soft cloth after use.
